Once a file or matter has been completed, paper records may be stored in off-site storage facilities, and are subject to destruction after such reasonable period of time as We determine is appropriate to meet the requirements of any applicable regulatory bodies and/or any other applicable laws or regulations, statutory or otherwise, from time to time.

We do not sell, trade or rent Users personal identification information to others and have not done so in the past 12 months. The Company reserves the right to modify or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make a change to this Privacy Policy, we will post such changes on our website and make such revised policy and changes available upon request to our Privacy Officer.
